By engaging AMRIX Group Pty Ltd (ABN 20 693 581 029) for renovation, building, or carpentry services, you agree to these terms. A formal project agreement will be provided and must be signed before work commences.
We provide estimated completion dates in good faith. Timelines may be affected by factors including material availability, weather conditions, council approvals, and client-requested changes. We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly.
Clients are responsible for providing clear access to the work area, obtaining necessary council approvals (unless included in scope), making timely decisions on material selections, and ensuring payment schedules are met.
If you wish to cancel after work has commenced, you are responsible for payment of all work completed to date, materials ordered or purchased, and any reasonable cancellation costs. See our Refund Policy for details.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to mediation before any legal proceedings. NSW law applies.
Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
